Refund policy

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, including change of mind.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Return Shipping Costs For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For items that arrive damaged or defective, please refer to our 90-day warranty (see Legal Notice) — in that case, no return shipping cost is charged to the customer.

How to Request a Return To start a return, contact us at vumeros44@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at vumeros44@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Situations Items returned without prior contact, without original packaging, or showing signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
